Welcome to Shopbu. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Shopbu is a B2B trade intermediary platform that connects international buyers with suppliers for physical goods procurement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business entity to use Shopbu. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date business information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Services

Shopbu provides intermediary services for B2B trade of physical goods, including:

• Request for Quotation (RFQ) submission and management
• Quote comparison and order placement
• Payment processing (wallet, credit card, bank transfer)
• Production tracking and quality control coordination
• International shipment tracking and logistics
• Customer support and dispute resolution

4. Payments

• All payments are for physical goods and trade intermediary services
• Wallet balances are used exclusively for goods procurement
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe and bank transfer
• Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis

5. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting fraudulent RFQs or orders
• Misrepresenting product specifications or business information
• Using the platform for illegal trade or sanctioned goods
• Attempting to circumvent platform security measures
• Harassing other users or Shopbu staff

6. Intellectual Property

The Shopbu platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Shopbu. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shopbu acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of goods supplied by third-party suppliers. We facilitate transactions but do not manufacture or ship goods directly.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, pending transactions will be handled according to our refund policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
